Big Moe Phillys started with one obsession — making the most authentic, unapologetic Philly cheesesteak outside of Philadelphia. No frozen meat. No shortcuts. Just shaved ribeye, fresh-baked hoagie rolls, and the kind of cheese that gets on your hands.
Moe grew up eating cheesesteaks the right way — standing up, wrapped in paper, over a trash can. When he couldn't find that experience in Tampa Bay, he built it himself. What started as a food truck became a neighborhood institution.
Every sandwich is made to order. Every roll is baked fresh. Every customer leaves full. That's the Big Moe promise.
